Shipping Policy
How will my order be delivered?
Our Shipping System: Yugen Lashes is is proud to have contracted some of the best International Couriers - DPD, DHL, and Royal Mail.
Warehouse and dispatch are open Monday to Friday 8:30 am till 4:30 pm and closed on weekends and bank holidays.
Please note, our delivery schedule is in "working days". Any orders placed on Friday before the cut-off (before 3 pm) will arrive Monday for "next day" services.
Orders placed after the cut-off (anytime from 3 pm) Friday through to Sunday, and up to 3 pm Monday, will be dispatched on Monday.
From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price. For urgent Saturday deliveries, there is an option at checkout to use a Royal Mail Special delivery.
Unless stated otherwise, all orders placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Friday will be packed and dispatched the same day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays.
Royal Mail
FREE "Not in a rush" Standard Shipping is available for UK orders over £50 only. "Not in a rush" Standard delivery is 2-3 working days.
We also have a Premium Next Day delivery service operated by Royal Mail (and DPD). If you place your order by 3 pm, from Monday to Thursday, you will receive your order the next working day.
We also offer a small items option which is £1.49 and is a standard 2-3 day service. This is for singular items no thicker than 25mm (including the jiffy envelope), 1x tray of lashes, for example.
Any orders placed on a Friday will be delivered Monday (if next day) or Tuesday/Wednesday (if standard shipping).
Delivery costs:
Not in a rush delivery - 'Not in a rush' shipping is a standard shipping option, but it may have a delayed dispatch of a day or two if the team reach capacity. This option costs £1.99 for those who spend under £50, or it is FREE for those who spend over £50. Please note, delayed dispatch will depend entirely on the volume of orders received that day. Most of the time, orders are dispatched on schedule. During the busiest of promotions, dispatch may be delayed up to 4 business days. The team will always do their utmost to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

DPD
We also provide the option for guaranteed Next Day Delivery with DPD before either 10:30 am or 12:00 pm depending on your choice of service.
For Saturday delivery orders must be placed before 12 pm on a Friday for same-day dispatch.
When using DPD you have the option to leave special delivery instructions such as "leave with next door".
Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful 2nd attempt, the order will be forwarded to a pickup depot (local to you) where it will be held for 7 days.
If the order is not collected within the 7 days it will be returned to us at a cost, which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.

Opening Times: Internet - 24 hours a day seven days a week 52 weeks a year.
Office and Warehouse - Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays and no dispatches are made.
Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address specified to sign for the order during the day, as most orders have to be signed for. If your order does not arrive within 3 working days after the expected time of delivery please contact Yugen Lashes for information.
